Every day, Farm on Wheels trucks will begin at distribution points, loading up with fresh fruits and vegetables. The clean electric vehicles will then follow a predetermined route, stopping at 4 to 5 scheduled locations per day, including schools, parks, metro stations, major employment hubs, and other convenient spots where high-quality, locally grown produce can be purchased for a fair price.

The trucks will partner with existing neighborhood Farmer’s Markets to inform people and farmers about the Farm on Wheels program, get feedback from consumers, as well as distribute maps and schedules.
